Terms of Service
Daily Doodle (playdailydoodle.com) is run by Soft Sync Solutions LLC ("we"). By using the site or paying for Daily Doodle+, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Doodle.
The games
Team Draw, Challenge Round and today's Daily Round are free. They're for fun.
In Daily Round, an AI looks at your finished drawing and guesses what it is. The guess and the pass or fail that comes with it are automatic and can be wrong, unfair or silly. That's part of the game. They aren't a judgement of you or your drawing, and we don't change them on request.
Shared pages and what you draw
A Team Draw or Challenge Round page lives at a private link. Anyone who has the link can join it and see everything drawn there, including the names people typed, so be careful who you send it to. Pages don't expire.
You are responsible for what you draw and the name you use. Don't use Daily Doodle to harass, threaten or humiliate anyone, to share anyone's private information, or for anything sexual, illegal or hateful. We don't review drawings, but we can delete any page or drawing and block anyone who misuses the site, without a refund. To report a page, contact us with its link.
You keep the rights to your drawings. You give us permission to store them, show them to the people you share them with, and send them to our AI provider for Daily Round guesses, as needed to run the games.
Daily Doodle+
Daily Doodle+ is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. It unlocks every past Daily Round word and your drawing history. It renews automatically and charges your payment method each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time through "Manage subscription". Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Access is tied to your browser and to the phone number you gave at checkout. Your drawing history is kept with the browser you drew in. Keep your number current. We aren't responsible for access or history you lose because you cleared your browser, switched devices or changed your number.
Payments
All payments are final. We don't give refunds or credits, including for partial periods, unused time or days you didn't play, except where the law requires it. Tips are voluntary gifts and are not refundable. They don't buy you anything.
We can change prices. A new price applies to your subscription only from the next renewal after we tell you about it. We can add, change or remove words, games and features, and we can stop offering the service. If we stop it for good, we'll cancel future renewals.
Fair use
Don't abuse the site: no scraping, no automated drawing or play, no attempts to game the AI or the daily word, no misuse of the text-code system, and no interfering with how it runs. We can end access for anyone who does, without a refund.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that drawings will be kept forever.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims that come from your misuse of the service, what you draw, or your breach of these terms.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be handled individually, in the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, not as a class action, class arbitration or representative action.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
